This Surveillance and Privacy Policy, applies to all employees, subcontractors, clients, visitors, suppliers, and any individuals associated with Maxion Group, including its subsidiaries such as BCG Civil Limited T/A Maxion Civil, Maxion Building Services Limited, and others.

At Maxion Group, we are committed to ensuring the highest standards of safety and security for our employees, clients, and assets. In line with this commitment, we have implemented a comprehensive privacy and safety management policy that includes the use of surveillance cameras, GPS tracking, and AI program analysis. This policy is designed to enhance safety measures, monitor operational efficiency, and protect the interests of all stakeholders.

This comprehensive confidentiality policy is binding upon all individuals associated with Maxion Group, including employees, contractors, consultants, and third-party service providers who have access to confidential information.

Surveillance and Tracking

To enhance safety and security, Maxion Group has implemented surveillance measures across construction sites, offices, trucks, company cars, and machinery. These measures include the use of cameras, GPS tracking, and AI program analysis. The following guidelines and principles apply:

  • Cameras: Cameras will be strategically placed in areas such as construction sites, offices, trucks, company cars, and near machinery. The purpose of these cameras is to monitor and enhance safety, security, and operational efficiency. Employees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner, recognizing that the cameras are in place to ensure the safety of everyone on the premises and to protect company assets. Unauthorized tampering, disabling, or obstructing of cameras is strictly prohibited.
  • GPS Tracking: Company vehicles, including trucks and cars, will be equipped with GPS tracking devices. The purpose is to monitor vehicle location, route efficiency, and driver safety. Employees using company vehicles are expected to adhere to traffic laws, drive responsibly, and use company vehicles for work-related purposes only.
  • AI Program Analysis: Machinery and equipment may be equipped with AI programs for analysis and monitoring. This is aimed at optimizing performance, predicting maintenance needs, and ensuring overall safety. Employees must follow proper operating procedures and report any malfunctions or concerns promptly.

Data Privacy

Maxion Group is committed to safeguarding the privacy of its employees. The following principles apply:

  • Access Control: Access to surveillance footage, GPS data, and AI program analysis will be restricted to authorized personnel only. Data will be stored securely, and access will be granted on a need-to-know basis.
  • Data Retention: Surveillance footage, GPS data, and AI program analysis will be retained for a limited and necessary period, as determined by legal and business requirements.
  • Employee Awareness: Employees will be informed about the presence and purpose of surveillance measures, ensuring transparency and understanding.

Confidentiality Agreement

By accepting employment with Maxion Group, employees agree to comply with this Confidentiality and Privacy Policy. Violation of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

Review and Updates

This policy will be periodically reviewed and updated to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements, and business practices. Employees will be notified of any changes.
